Online Directory Listing: Complete it immediately. It is search-based so use key terms. Don't use boilerplate language but instead tell attendees what they can expect at this show. Consider an enhanced listing ($250 and up) and generate 4x to 7x more views.
Complimentary Expo Passes: Every exhibitor has the ability to invite an unlimited number of customers or prospects (Owner/Operators only) to attend the Expo free of charge. A $250 value, these complimentary expo only passes will be greatly appreciate. To access and send your customer passes:
New Products & Show Specials: Within the dashboard, share details on new products you will showcase or whether you will offer a show special (e.g. free shipping, discount for onsite orders, etc). Show management will be promoting these highlights.
Attendee List: All opt-in attendees' mailing addresses will be made available four weeks prior to the conference. Have your mailing campaign ready in preparation for it!
