About the Senior Living Executive Virtual Conference

The Argentum Senior Living Executive Virtual Conference will be delivered via two methods (all included in one registration fee):

  • The Live Conference: a 2-3 day live and interactive online event September 22-24 that will bring together 1,000+ senior living professionals to connect, catch-up, and learn from one another.
  • The On-Demand Conference: an on-demand digital resource center offering the recorded sessions from the live event, an event supplier directory featuring over 200 suppliers, and other digital assets from the event such as white papers, case studies, research, best practices, documents, videos, and more.


The Live Conference experience:

  • As an attendee, you will enter the virtual conference by way of the Lobby and be able to recognize and greet other attendees throughout the environment and throughout the day.
  • The Virtual Auditorium: this space will feature 3 general sessions as well as 27 sessions with live Q&A around operations, workforce, sales & marketing, wellness & clinical, technology, and finance & development.
  • The Hive: a series of moderated peer-to-peer discussions on specific topics, with chat-based functionality and a group call-in line. Sponsored by Willis Towers Watson.
  • Community Rooms: a few interactive initiatives are being developed to create community and connection among specific attendee audience segments in these Community Rooms, with chat-based functionality and a group call-in line.
  • Solutions Showcase Hall: this area will feature the leading sponsors of the event and allow you to connect with them within the environment and set a follow up call/meeting, or download digital assets they have provided (research, case studies, white papers, etc.). In addition, you can click through to the Senior Living Solutions Guide and search over 200 industry supplier companies providing a variety of senior living solutions.
  • Networking Lounge: the primary gathering space to meet up with friends or introduce yourself to other.
  • Info/Resource Center: a central repository of all the digital assets within the environment, from speaker presentations to white papers, case studies, best practices documents, and research.

The On-Demand Conference

  • You will have access to all the content captured during the live event for 6 months, and any additional content added post live event, to include: The Virtual Auditorium sessions, Sponsor content (white papers, best practices documents, research, etc.), the search-based Senior Living Solutions Guide, and Info/Resource Center assets.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Argentum will permit the transfer of a registration to a colleague if a request is made in writing by September 1, 2020. Transfer requests must be made in writing and send to registration@argentum.org. Each registrant will have access to recorded sessions and digital content available on-demand up to 3 months after the conclusion of the live virtual event.

Promotional Codes

Argentum promotions are not retroactive. Present offer when prompted during the registration process to receive discount. Limit one offer per customer.

Continuing Education

Credit hours earned will be based the sessions you attend. NAB/NCERS-approved credits will be distributed using the NAB CE Registry. If you have not included your NAB CE Registry ID number in your conference registration please send it to registration@argentum.org by September 15th to avoid a $35 processing fee to your credit card for the additional processing work required by the NAB CE Registry.

What to Know About Your Tampa Registration

Previous Tampa Registration

We will refund 25% of the registration fee for existing registrations and auto-enroll registrants into the virtual conference. You will receive confirmation of your virtual registration once a new system is launched (approximately 6-10 weeks). Existing registrants (for the original conference, prior to March 27, 2020) will also receive additional considerations for the 2021 conference scheduled for May 10-12, in Nashville, TN.

All existing and new registrations are now final. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting registration via email at registration@argentum.org. We do not apply any discounts retroactively, with no exceptions.

Previous Tampa Housing Reservation

If you booked housing through Experient, your hotel reservation for the 2020 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference has been cancelled. No charges will be incurred and there is no additional action required from you to cancel your hotel reservation. Housing is not required for the virtual event and the 2020 housing site is now closed. Learn more.
