Conference NOW VIRTUAL: New Dates Announced

We have been working very closely with our event partners and the city of Tampa regarding viable options for Argentum’s Senior Living Executive Conference in Tampa, FL, scheduled for May 18-20. In our discussions, we are noting the tremendously challenging work being done by senior living employees at all levels to protect our residents from COVID-19 – work we believe will continue for some time. Additionally, the future remains uncertain surrounding travel bans and limited gathering mandates, both at the national and state levels.

As such, Argentum leadership has decided to transition the conference to a virtual only event taking place September 22-24, 2020. We’re very grateful for the ongoing support of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers, and we appreciate your patience as we determined the best course of action for the industry. Thank you for your continued support of senior living through Argentum and its events.

PLEASE NOTE: We are actively working to get information updated, including registration and rates, and it will appear on this site as soon as it is confirmed. In the meantime, please contact us.

What should I know about my current registration?

We will refund 25% of the registration fee for existing registrations and auto-enroll registrants into the virtual conference. The 25% refunds will be processed between April 25 and May 1. You will receive confirmation of your virtual registration once a new system is launched (approximately 6-10 weeks). Existing registrants will also receive additional considerations for the 2021 conference scheduled for May 10-12, in Nashville, TN.

Registration cancellations must be received in writing by April 26, 2020 and will be processed less a $150 administrative charge. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting registration. Registration cancellations and substitutions must be submitted via email to registration@argentum.org. We do not apply any discounts retroactively, with no exceptions. All registration sales are final after April 26, 2020.

For exhibitor registrations, refunds will be honored for paid registrations made by exhibitors (those purchased beyond their allotments) through April 26.

What should I know about my housing reservation?

If you booked housing through Experient, your hotel reservation for the 2020 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference has been cancelled. No charges will be incurred and there is no additional action required from you to cancel your hotel reservation. Housing is not required for the virtual event and the 2020 housing site is now closed. Learn more.
