About the Senior Living Executive Virtual Conference

The Argentum Senior Living Executive Virtual Conference will be delivered via two methods (all included in one registration fee):

  • The Live Conference: a 2-3 day live and interactive online event September 22-24 that will bring together 1,000+ senior living professionals to connect, catch-up, and learn from one another.
  • The On-Demand Conference: an on-demand digital resource center offering the recorded sessions from the live event, an event supplier directory featuring over 200 suppliers, and other digital assets from the event such as white papers, case studies, research, best practices, documents, videos, and more.


The Live Conference experience:

    • As an attendee, you will enter the virtual conference by way of the Lobby and be able to recognize and greet other attendees throughout the environment and throughout the day.
    • The Auditoriums: featuring 3 general sessions as well as 27 sessions with live Q&A around operations, workforce, sales & marketing, wellness & clinical, technology, and finance & development. Plan ahead of time and check our agenda to identify if the sessions you wish to attend are in Auditorium 1, 2, or 3.
    • The Hive: a series of moderated peer-to-peer discussions on specific topics, with chat-based functionality and a group call-in line. Sponsored by Willis Towers Watson.
    • Community Rooms: a few interactive initiatives are being developed to create community and connection among specific attendee audience segments in these Community Rooms, with chat-based functionality and a group call-in line.
    • Solutions Showcase Hall: this area will feature the leading sponsors of the event and allow you to connect with them within the environment and set a follow up call/meeting, or download digital assets they have provided (research, case studies, white papers, etc.). In addition, you can click through to the Senior Living Solutions Guide and search over 200 industry supplier companies providing a variety of senior living solutions.
    • Networking Lounge: the primary gathering space to meet up with friends or introduce yourself to other. Sponsored by PointClickCare.
    • Info/Resource Center: a central repository of all the digital assets within the environment, from speaker presentations to white papers, case studies, best practices documents, and research.

The On-Demand Conference

  • You will have access to all the content captured during the live event for 6 months, and any additional content added post live event, to include: The Virtual Auditorium sessions, Sponsor content (white papers, best practices documents, research, etc.), the search-based Senior Living Solutions Guide, and Info/Resource Center assets.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Argentum will permit the transfer of a registration to a colleague if a request is made in writing by September 1, 2020. Transfer requests must be made in writing and send to registration@argentum.org. Each registrant will have access to recorded sessions and digital content available on-demand up to 3 months after the conclusion of the live virtual event.

Promotional Codes

Argentum promotions are not retroactive. Present offer when prompted during the registration process to receive discount. Limit one offer per customer.

Continuing Education

Attendees can earn up to 12 CEUs. In the agenda, courses approved for RCFE CETP and/or NAB/NCERS credits will be noted. Attendees must attend the live virtual session to receive credit for that session. Credit hours earned will be based on the live sessions you attend. NAB/NCERS-approved credits will be distributed using the NAB CE Registry. If you have not included your NAB CE Registry ID number in your conference registration, please send it to registration@argentum.org by October 15th to avoid a $35 processing fee to your credit card for the additional processing work required by the NAB CE Registry. Which devices are supported?

Laptops (Mac or PC), desktops (Mac or PC), tablets (IOS or Android), and smartphones (IOS or Android) are supported.

Can I attend the show from my tablet or phone?

Yes, attendees can experience the full virtual conference from a tablet or smartphone/deviceA URL will be posted to our event website the week of September 14. To access the environment, you must be registered for the event. Click here to learn more about registration.

Are the preferred internet browsers for the virtual conference?

This is a virtual, browser-based experience. If you are using an older, or unsupported Operating System, Internet Browser, or version of Flash, you may experience decreased performance. 6Connex, our virtual platform creator, recommends Chrome or Firefox as the most stable and consistent browsers for accessing the virtual environment.

Bandwidth/Internet Connectivity

A strong, wired broadband connection with a speed of at least 1.4 Mbps is recommended. You may view the virtual experience on a slower connection, however, some users may experience load times that are longer than normal with larger content items, such as High Definition video streams.  

6Connex recommends: 

  • A strong Wi-Fi connection or hardwired internet connection is recommended.
  • Disconnect from VPN or corporate networks (if possible).
  • Close any unnecessary applications.
  • Refrain from browsing the internet, streaming media and/or downloading large files during this time.


Display/Resolution Size for Laptops/Desktops

The recommended resolution for your display is at least a 1024x768 or higher. The virtual experience will adjust itself to your screen size. However, this is the recommended setting for optimal display viewing.

If you are using a PC or Mac please ensure that your browser zoom level is set to 100% as the presentation is best viewed at that setting. In most browsers you can use Ctrl + 0 to reset your zoom level.

How will I access audio in the virtual environment?

Audio will be streaming over your device of choice. Make sure your speakers or headphones are working and turned up to an appropriate volume. If you have internal speakers, make sure they are not muted.
