Group Registration

How do I register a group?
One qualifying company must purchase a minimum of 6 passes to receive the group rate. Registration will open in late 2019.

    • To purchase group passes: To begin your purchase, your company must identify one key contact for all attendees within the group. That contact must log in and choose the quantity of passes they wish to purchase. Once the passes have been purchased the key contact will receive a set of unique promo codes to distribute to staff or to process each registration.
    • To redeem a group code: Choose “Individual Registration” and enter the group code when prompted.


Who is eligible to register to receive the group rate?

Member and non-member companies that operate as one of the following company types are eligible for the group rate: Owner/Operator, Lender/REIT, Private Equity/Institutional Investor, State Partner, Non-Profit Associations, or Academic.

Industry Suppliers, Exhibitors, Vendors, Sponsors, and Consultants do not qualify for the group rate.

What kind of savings or benefits will I get by registering a group?
Registering a group has several valuable benefits including an average of 20 percent in savings and simplified registration and invoicing.

How do I coordinate housing for group registration?
For a block of more than 20 rooms, please email registration@argentum.org for assistance.  For blocks of less than 20, please use the link in your registration confirmation email.

What is the group registration check payment policy?
Argentum encourages credit card payments for group conference registrations; however, we only accept checks for payments over $3,000. Payments made by check must be mailed to:

Each check should reference the corresponding registration (for example: registration ID, registrant’s full name, registrant’s email address, group name.) Payments must be received by May 10, 2020. Payments made after that date are subject to a late payment fee of $250. Payments onsite may be collected in cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or AMEX.

Booking a Hotel Room


Experient is the Official Housing Provider for the Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference
In partnership with Experient, we’ve secured discounted rates at a selection of Tampa hotels in close proximity to the Tampa Convention Center. Through Experient, we’re able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to the 2020 Senior Living Executive Conference.

For your planning purposes, the following hotels and rates have been contracted for the conference through Experient (to secure discounted rates, you must book through the dedicated housing link you'll receive after registering for the conference):


Important:
You MUST register for the conference prior to booking a hotel room through Experient. You will receive booking details as part of your registration confirmation. The deadline for securing housing through the Experient housing block is April 22, 2020. Learn more.

Continuing Education Credits

Earn National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) Continuing Education Credits
Argentum is a Certified Sponsor of professional continuing education with the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). NAB/NCERS CEUs can be earned by attending sessions at this conference.  

California Administrator: Earn Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) Continuing Education Credits
Argentum is also a vendor of continuing education with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS).  RCFE CEUs can be earned by attending sessions at this conference.

Important: Please note that your credit hours earned will be based on badge scan data. It is your responsibility to ensure your badge is scanned at the sessions you attend. NAB/NCERS-approved credits will be distributed using the NAB CE Registry. Should you not include your NAB CE Registry ID number in your conference registration profile by May 15, 2020, Argentum reserves the right to charge a $100 processing fee to the credit card on file for additional processing work necessary. If you do not have a NAB CE Registry account by July 2, 2020 you assume responsibility for reporting your credits to the NAB CE Registry.

Promotional Codes

Argentum promotions are not retroactive. Present offer when prompted during the registration process to receive discount. Limit one offer per customer. Promotional offers are not valid in conjunction with group registration.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Substitutions

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by April 1, 2020. Refunds will be processed less a $150 administrative charge. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting registration. Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted via email to registration@argentum.org. We do not apply any discounts retroactively, with no exceptions.

Substitutions and additions to a group package can be made until the day of the event.  The above refund, cancellation, and substitution policy applies to group packages. When adding attendees to a currently paid package, only the new attendees will receive the lower priced registration. Removing attendees from a group that results in a pricing tier change, the master account will be billed for the difference in price.  We do not apply any discounts retroactively, with no exceptions.

Consent for Use of Photographic Images & Recordings

Photography, audio, and video recordings will be present at the Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference. By attending the Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference, attendees give Argentum, its affiliates, contractors, and representatives permission to use any attendee’s voice and image in any archival or promotional recording, photograph, or streaming activity without any compensation or credit to the attendee. Attendees release Argentum, its vendors and employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, video and/or or sound recordings.

Media Presence

The Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference, with the exception of invitation-only events, is open to the media and considered “on the record.” Media members will be present at the event and will be identifiable with a specialized media ribbon for their badges.
