In partnership with Maritz Global Events, we’ve secured discounted rates at a selection of Phoenix hotels in close proximity to the Phoenix Convention Center. Through Maritz, we’re able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to the 2021 Senior Living Executive Conference.
Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to your organization or Maritz.
Important: You MUST register for the conference prior to booking a hotel room through Maritz Global Events. You will receive booking details as part of your registration confirmation. The deadline for securing housing through the housing block is August 23, 2021.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Registration cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be received in writing by August 2, 2021. Registration refunds will be processed less a $150 administrative charge. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting registration. Registration cancellations and substitutions must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not apply any discounts retroactively, with no exceptions. All registration sales are final after August 2, 2021.
Substitutions and additions to a group package can be made until the day of the event. The above registration refund, cancellation, and substitution policy applies to group packages. When adding attendees to a currently paid package, only the new attendees will receive the lower priced registration. Removing attendees from a group that results in a pricing tier change, the master account will be billed for the difference in price. We do not apply any discounts retroactively, with no exceptions.
