Having closely followed the latest official guidance and information related to COVID-19 and the Delta variant, we are announcing an EventSafe policy update today in consideration of the health and safety of those who will be attending the 2021 Senior Living Executive Conference & Expo, September 13-15, in Phoenix.
We will now be requiring all registered attendees to verify or present proof of COVID-19 vaccination through a HIPAA-compliant process online. We will be providing additional details to registered attendees via a direct communication.
For those not currently registered, the Early Bird deadline has been extended to Monday, August 23. If you’d like to register, please follow this link.
For current registrants, if you are unable to present verification of COVID-19 vaccination and require a cancellation of your current registration, we are offering (3) options:
1. Apply $395 of your registration fee toward post-event streaming.
With this option, you will receive 12-months of streaming access to over 25 recorded sessions from the conference and a USB flash drive loaded with the sessions.
2. Transfer your registration to a colleague.
3. Request a full refund.
These (3) options will be available to current registrants through Monday, August 16, 2021. Cancellations will not be accepted after this date. Please email registration@argentum.org to request a cancellation or a transfer, and please note the vaccination requirement as the reason.

We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we work to prioritize the health and safety of those attending the event. Like our members, we are working diligently to provide safer environments for staff wherever work happens. We currently have well over 1,000 professionals registered for the conference and expo, and we expect more than 2,000 to join us in Phoenix. We look forward to seeing you and enjoying a safe and productive conference.

The EventSafe program is intended to provide an environment where attendees can safely enjoy all that the conference program offers, including masking requirements, sanitizing stations, contact-free options, and packaged meals among other mitigation factors. Accushield is our official EventSafe partner, working to ensure proper health and safety measures are in place at the conference.
